款识：寿臣先生正，于右任。|印鉴：右任（朱） |录文：天回金气合；星顺玉衡平。|备注：周寿臣上款。|周寿臣（1861-1959），原名周长龄。香港岛黄竹坑新围人。晚清高级汉族官僚，香港殖民地时期第一名华人议政局成员。曾于1918年参与创立东亚银行，并长年担任银行主席。1929年创立香港保护儿童会，又先后担任保良局及东华三院顾问一职。|于右任，原名伯循，字右任，号太平老人。陕西三原人。擅诗词，精于书法，尤善行草书，其书法人称“于体”。整理历代草书字体，编成《标准草书》印行，影响深广。曾任陕西省政府主席，南京国民政府审计院院长，监察院院长等职。
