清乾隆 粉彩纏枝花卉天球瓶（有修補） With a globular body rising to a tall cylindrical neck, the body finely enamelled with a band of stylized floral scrolls and four large flower blossoms, all below a band of ruyi shaped pattern, the neck further decorated with a band of lappet decorations, the base with six character Qianlong mark, with restoration. Qing Dynasty period. 天球瓶創燒於明代永樂，宣德年間的景德鎮窯，多見青花。永樂朝開始成為觀賞式瓶，宣德年間較為流行。“天球瓶”為“千秋瓶”，象徵著“千秋太平”之意。因圓球腹碩大，似從天而降，故名天球瓶。清雍正、乾隆兩朝時值盛世，清朝皇室對永宣窯器的推崇致使摹古之風盛行，御窯廠承命竭力摹制，尤以雍正中期至乾隆早期最甚。其中天球瓶作為經典的永宣器類得到廣泛的摹制和創新，到達了“師古而不泥古，仿古而不忘新意”的境地。乾隆時期對天球瓶的摹制，延續燒製雍正時期的品種，有霽藍釉、青花、釉裡紅、青花釉裡紅、青花抹紅彩、粉彩、鬥彩等，存世實物較多，文獻上亦見多處檔案記載。
