|数量：1|说明：“圣母”是道教中救助妇女难产和送子注生之神，陈靖姑得道后，受历代帝王敕封甚多。南宋淳佑元年（1241年），理宗加封陈靖姑为“崇福昭惠慈济夫人”，亲颁“顺懿”新额，淳佑六年（1246年），复由福州知事徐清叟奏请，加封“天仙圣母青灵普化碧霞元君”。元统初年（1333年）追封“淑靖”；雍正七年（1729年）皇后宣封“天仙圣母”；咸丰年间加封“顺天圣母”。
