|说明：唐代诗人卢照邻最早将鸳鸯比作夫妻，其诗《长安古意》中一句“得成比目何辞死，愿作鸳鸯不羡仙。”赞美了美好的爱情，以后一些文人竞相仿效，视其为夫妻恩爱、永贞不渝的象征。此摆件立体圆雕一对鸳鸯，两身相依，雄鸟在前，体型稍大，口中衔一株莲花， 回首凝望雌鸟，雌鸟口衔蔓叶，紧跟雄鸟，颇有“夫唱妇随”之感。双鸟造型相约，圆眼扁喙，双翅收拢，头部和翅膀有阴刻线为饰，象征羽毛。此件可作为镇纸，亦可作为笔架，是一件颇有意趣的文房小作。
