题识：吉祥如意 |说明：此牌整体呈椭圆形，牌头为如意宝相花纹，中间有孔，可供穿系，牌底为如意纹。正面减地浮雕童子执灵芝的图案，童子梳发髻，着短袍，衣带飘飘，双腿交叉行走状，一手执灵芝，一手指地，颇具动感。背面开框雕“吉祥如意”四字。整器玉质细润，包浆浓郁，牌面剔地平整，雕工简练传神。
