The collection includes two photo postcards depicting the Oceanic's salvage of Titanic's last lifeboat containing 3 bodies [first class passenger Thomas Beattie and 2 unidentified crewmen], May 13, 1912. Moreover one postcard handwritten by a Danish eyewitness to the arrival of the 700 survivors from Titanic on the boat Carpathia on the 19th of April 1912. Some of the postcards annotated on verso, some stamped.
