拍品造型、尺寸均与故宫博物院藏雍正霁红釉梅瓶极为相类，为当时陈设用瓷，极富文人雅韵，又不失宫廷堂皇气息。造型俊拔饱满，线条流畅，肩部丰满圆润，器形婀娜隽秀，如美人风姿绰约。红釉烧成难度较高，自康熙朝景德镇御窑厂复烧此品种起，至雍正、乾隆时期工艺成熟。拍品外壁满施霁红釉，釉质肥腴，红润亮丽，橘皮纹特征明显。
