题识：客易又秋风，秋痕处处浓。欲论心赏地，还在此花以。甲申十月中浣，榖瑛缪莆孙。|钤印：「莆孙」「缪」 |缪榖瑛（1875-1954），江苏江阴人。字莆孙，号由里山人、晚香室主。现代国画家。为黄山寿再传弟子。工画花卉，最擅写菊。寄居上海，曾任教于仓圣明智大学，为国画教师。时哈同爱俪园中名菊甚众，其课余必往写生。工笔彩绘，极得秋色晚香之盛。经历年积累，笔下所绘之菊达三百余种，时人称之为“画菊专家”。工诗。
