|崂山绿石琢刻而成，山形嵺峭，势如斧劈，岩石层面或平整，或显露层层肌理构造，层叠堆峦。通体色泽浑穆古雅，深沉谧静。陈置几案，意趣风雅。崂山绿石，又名崂山绿玉，俗称“海底玉”，旧称“劳山石”，产于山东省青岛崂山东麓仰口湾畔，佳者多蕴藏于海滨潮间带。其石色沉绿，体生有结晶，可陈设厅堂几案欣赏。宋、元时已有人将其用于案头清供及制作文房用具，明、清两代始即成为名贵观赏石。
