拍品呈八方海棠花形，平盖面，鼓腹，子母口扣合，圈足，器形新颖别致，端庄娴雅。通体髹黑漆，漆质纯正润和，其上再以金粉调胶勾勒出金彩画面。此盒形制秀美柔雅，上漆匀称自然，描金的纹样画面灿烂多姿，美不胜收。
