|清乾隆三十一年（1766）朱墨套印本||2函14册||线装||提要：是书卷端刻“古吴叶桂天士先生著，苕溪漫士临本，浒关李大瞻翰圃、锡山华南田岫云、邵铭新甫同校”，是叶天士代表作，对临床证治十分切用，被誉为医案范本。本书为最早套印本，以上等棉纸精印，俢治整飭。叶桂（1666—1745），字天士，号香岩，江苏吴县人。清代著名医学家，四大温病学家之一。著有《温热论》、《临证指南医案》、《未刻本叶天士医案》等。
