款识：宝荣斋 |以竹为材，规格较小，造型秀丽。采用浅刻技法刻画青蛙与枇杷。一侧阴刻：“迎风千颗翠 向日数株黄”，底部刻：“宝荣斋”。笔筒上如画笔般流畅的线条将茂盛的枇杷生动描绘，自由伸展的枝叶被刻画得雅逸自然，笔筒背面刻有金蟾一只，却又比自然界的多了一分文雅的气质。虽是在竹素上雕刻，但生动的画面浮于眼前。每逢隆冬腊月，百花凋零，枇杷花冒寒开放，洁白如玉，深为历代文人和画师所喜爱，称之为“枇杷晓翠”。
