|盒作蒸饼式，唇边子母口相合，盒内髹黑漆。外壁通体髹朱漆剔雕纹饰，两面均工，纹饰如一，以龟背锦纹为地，浮雕牡丹花卉纹，画面中心大朵牡丹花盛开，花瓣伸展翻卷，周围雕枝干柔韧，叶片肥厚，花苞待放。整器髹漆厚重，纹饰特征独具一格，刀工圆韧，藏锋不露，打磨圆润，包浆古润，为典型的明代漆雕作品。||参阅：《和光剔采—故宫藏漆》，国立故宫博物院，2008年，页78，图62。
