款识：王穉登题于栟榈馆中。|钤印：王穉登印（朱）王氏白谷（朱）受斋（朱）天铎所得（白）|边跋：百谷诗稿。受斋王将题。钤印：天铎 |王穉登（1535-1612），字伯谷，号松坛道士，苏州长洲（今江苏苏州）人。明朝后期文学家、诗人、书法家。少有才名，长益骏发，名满吴会。万历二十二年，与陆弼，魏学礼等召修国史。着有《吴社编》、《弈史》、《吴郡丹青志》。擅长书法，善书法，行、草、篆、隶皆精，名作《黄浦夜泊》存世。
