说明：佛教认为观音菩萨拥有大智大慧，救苦救难，普度众生，有三十三身，如意观音便是其中之一。此玉牌呈长圆形，玉质洁白细腻，背面基本保留玉料原始形态，可见天然毛孔。玉牌正面浮雕如意观音立像一尊，观音发梳高髻，身着菩萨装，面容慈悲，身姿端秀，右手结印，左手持如意，象征事事顺利，长身立于莲池之中，安定人心。脚边一枝盛开的莲花，不蔓不枝，亭亭净植。
